Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage
To make your brown bread you need:
420ml buttermilk†, 3 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar.
Preheat Oven to 210°C / Fan Oven 190°C / Gas Mark 6.
1. Place dry mix into a bowl.
2. Add buttermilk & apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined.
3. Empty mixture into a lined 2lb loaf tin. Bake for 40-45 mins.
4. Remove from the oven and out of the tin, allow to cool on a wire rack, then enjoy.
†For a vegan loaf, use vegan buttermilk.
