Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Ambient - Using a microwaveable container, blend 4 rounded dessertspoons (38g) with 250ml of cold water. Cover & heat 4-5 minutes (650W), stirring at 1 minute intervals. Serve & enjoy!
Preparation and Usage
Contents: 4dsp. = 38g; Makes: 250ml
Contents: 8dsp. = 75g; Makes: 500ml
Contents: 12dsp. = 115g; Makes: 750ml
1. Blend 4 rounded dessertspoons (38g) of sauce mix with 250ml of cold water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil, whisking continuously.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy!
Chef's tip: If sauce is too thick, add a little extra water. If sauce is too thin, blend a teaspoon of mix with a little cold water in a bowl until smooth. Then whisk into the sauce off the heat, return to the heat and simmer for one minute. Do not add dry mix directly to the pan.
Use a clean, dry spoon for dosage.
