Hob - From Ambient - Mix one cup of oats and two and a half cups of cold water or milk into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for three to four minutes stirring continuously.
Microwave - From Ambient - Mix together half a cup of oats and a cup of water or milk in a microwaveable bowl. Heat on high for two minutes, stirring half way through. Let it sit for a minute. Stir briskly and enjoy.
