Cooking Instructions
You will need:
450g (1lb) stewing beef, diced
1 onion, chopped
8 small carrots, diced
225 (80z) baby potatoes, sliced
400g Batchelors mixed beans, drained
1 handful chopped parsley
How to prepare:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4. Brown the meat and onion in a little oil on the hob. Transfer to a casserole dish.
2. Blend the Erin Meal Time Beef Casserole Mix with 425ml (3/4 pint) of cold water, add to the meat and onions along with the remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours, until the meat is tender.
