Preparation and Usage
Directions:
For inhalation or external use on unbroken skin only.
As an inhalant: To clear painful sinuses and relieve nasal congestion.
Adults and children aged 5 and over: Add 2 or 3 drops to a tissue or add to hot water and inhale the vapours.
As a rub: To relieve muscular pain. Apply lightly to the painful area 3 times daily.
