History - The Cono Sur vineyard workers travel around the estate by bicycle, tending to the vines using natural methods, in order to produce the best quality grapes. The Bicicleta range is a tribute to them and symbolizes Cono Sur's sustainable philosophy and commitment to the environment.

Regional Information - Four important geographic bodies surround the Chilean wine growing region: the Andes Mountains to the east, the Pacific Ocean to the west, the Atacama Desert to the north and ancient glaciers to the south. Other determining factors, such as abundant luminosity, significant daily temperature variation, dry weather during ripening season and fresh Andean irrigation water, contribute to the production of pure and wholesome grapes.
Vinification Details - The grapes were harvested between 24 February and 21 April 2025 and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 28 days at 13.5°C. The wine was then aged in stainless steel for 4 to 12 months, helping to retain its vibrant fruit flavours and freshness.
