Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Discard any mussels that are not open.
Hob - From Chilled - Pour contents of pouch into saucepan and cover. Heat on high setting for 6-8 minutes shaking the pan from time to time until mussels open.
Microwave - From Chilled - Empty contents into a microwavable bowl. Cover and heat for 3 minutes (800W). Remove bowl from microwave and stir well. Replace cover and heat for a further 2 minutes (800W).
