Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly.
Cooking times may vary with different makes/models and the amount of wedges to be cooked. Adjust cooking time accordingly and ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 18-20 mins
Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7.
Spread the wedges on a baking tray and cook for 18-20 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn once during cooking.
Air Fry - From Frozen - 9-11 mins
Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Place half of the wedges (300g) into the basket, do not fill the basket more than half full. Cook for 9-11 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.
