Instructions for use:
Our delicious powder blend can be used in a number of ways.
Depending on the recipe we recommend using between 20g-40g per serving.
Blend: For cold shakes, smoothies and iced coffee, add 3 tablespoons of powder to 300ml liquid and blend for 20 seconds.
Heat: To make hot chocolate, mochas or collagen coffee make a smooth paste first. Do this by adding an inch of boiling water or coffee to 2 tablespoons of powder. Then add warm milk / alternative or remainder of coffee.
Eat: Create delicious overnight oats, pancakes, protein balls or healthy treats by adding 1-3 tablespoons of powder into the mix.
