Cooking Guidelines
Stir Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and set aside the sauce sachet for later use. Wash hands after handling the sachet as it has been in contact with raw seafood.

Preheat 5ml of oil in a heavy base frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the tuna and the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and stir fry for a further 5-6 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Add sauce for the final minute of cooking, stirring continuously.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
