Preparation and Usage
Alfabeto with Lentils Cream: Put the lentils in a pot with cold water and add a piece of garlic, a laurel leaf, 2 cherry tomatoes and a little bit of salt. Once cooked put the lentils in the mixer, cook the pasta and mix with the lentils cream (add at taste, a little bit of water from cooking.) Serve in a plate an add a bit of extra virgin olive oil and granted Parmesan cheese.
