- Once opened, reseal pack and consume within 3 days.
- Suitable for home freezing.
- If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
- Defrost thoroughly at room temperature.
- Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
- Once thawed do not refreeze.
- Do not defrost in a microwave.

Cooking Instructions - General - Heating Instructions
Heating times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Microwave - From Ambient - 650W 10 sec, 750W 9 sec, 850W 8 sec
Place the tortillas onto a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for times indicated.
Oven cook - From Ambient - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 8 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Wrap the tortillas in aluminium foil and place in the centre of the oven for time shown.
Shallow Fry - From Ambient - Pan Fry
1-2 mins.
Place wrap on pan and heat for time indicated, turning half way.
Preparation and Usage
Serving
Fry meat, fish or vegetables of choice in a deep pan or skillet. Add passata, herbs and spices to the pan. Simmer with the lid on low heat for about 10 minutes or until cooked through. While the meat or fish is cooking, prepare lettuce and tomatoes. Warm the tortilla, add filling and top with lettuce, tomato and grated cheese.
