- Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and consume within 24 hours.

Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the steaks to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
Pan fry
Rare: 1 minute / Medium: 1-2 minutes / Well Done: 2-3 minutes
- Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a High heat.
- Place steaks into pan and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Do not reheat.

Rare: Seared on the outside with a dark red centre.
Medium: Seared on the outside with a pink juicy centre.
Well Done: Cooked well the whole way through.
