Wrap the sea bass with the butter loosely in parchment paper. Place skin side down on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.<br/>Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 6-8 mins.<br/> Remove butter discs from sea bass and set to one side. Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place the sea bass skin side down in pan and cook gently for 4-6 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy.
