Vodka Spritzer

100ml lemon juice and 1 large lemon thinly sliced
200ml sparkling water
100ml vodka
2 tbsp mint
A few basil leaves
2 vanilla sprigs (optional)
1 tsp ginger
2 thyme sprigs
3 tbsp sugar

- 100ml lemon juice
- 1 large lemon thinly sliced
- 200ml sparkling water
- 100ml vodka
- 2 tbsp mint
- A few basil leaves
- 2 vanilla sprigs (optional)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 3 tbsp sugar
METHOD
- Add ginger, herbs and sugar to a shaker and crush together.
- Add lemon juice, vodka and ice to the mixture and shake.
- Sieve the drink into a glass with ice and top with sparking water.
- Stir until combined.
Optional: Coat the rim of your glass with lemon juice and sugar, and top off with a basil leaf and a lemon wedge.
