Ingredients
185g plain flour
25g cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
50g caster sugar
250ml milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Sunflower oil, for cooking

Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 185g plain flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 50g caster sugar
- 250ml milk
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 100g Dunnes Stores Baking at Home Belgian White Chocolate Chips
- Sunflower oil, for cooking
- Dunnes Stores Smooth Hazelnut Chocolate spread, gently warmed in microwave
- Dunnes Stores Chocolate Brownie Mini Bites
- Dunnes Stores Roasted Chopped Hazelnuts
METHOD
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Add milk, oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined and moistened.
- Do not over mix.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Coat the pan with a little oil between batches.
- For each pancake, drop 2 tablespoons of batter onto the pan.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the surface of pancakes have some bubbles.
- Flip over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with the warm hazelnut chocolate spread, chocolate brownie mini bites and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
