No-Bake Summer Berry Bliss Balls

1 cup frozen summer berries
6 dates soaked in warm water for 30 mins then drained
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
Directions
These delicious blissballs are made using really inexpensive ingredients, they can be made in less than 10 minutes and are the perfect treat for kids.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen summer berries
- 6 dates soaked in warm water for 30 mins then drained
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
To serve:
- Ground desiccated coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until all of the ingredients are smooth and completely broken apart and smooth.
- Use a tablespoon to measure out the mixture, then roll into balls and coat with a little extra coconut.
- Leave in the fridge to set for about an hour before serving.
