- To a shaker add: 35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 15ml Triple Sec, 10ml Sugar, 15ml Lemon Juice and 1 egg white and shake for 10 seconds.
- Then add ice to the shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.
