Irish Whiskey Paloma

30ml whiskey
15ml lime juice
120ml soda water
Chilli powder
Salt

INGREDIENTS
- 30ml whiskey
- 15ml lime juice
- 120ml soda water
- Chilli powder and salt, for the rim
- Thyme
METHOD
- Rim glass some lime juice or simple syrup and then the chilli and salt mix.
- Add the whiskey and lime juice to a shaker with some ice.
- Shake and strain over ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with thyme.
