Gut Friendly Yoghurt, Berry and Seed Bark

400g Greek Yogurt
500ml Natural Yogurt Drink
300g (3 cups) frozen berries
250g fresh blackberries
150g fresh strawberries
6-8 tbsp crushed mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseeds)
1/2 cup Dunnes Stores Berry Granola

- 400g Greek Yogurt
- 500ml Natural Yogurt Drink
- 300g (3 Cups) Frozen Berries
- 250g Fresh Blackberries
- 150g Fresh Strawberries
- 6–8 Tbsp Crushed Mixed Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseeds)
- 1/2 Cup Dunnes Stores Berry Granola
METHOD
- Blend the Greek yogurt with the natural yogurt and frozen berries until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula, spread evenly to create a thin layer.
- Top with fresh blackberries and strawberries, then sprinkle over the crushed seeds and granola.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
- Store in a freezer container or freezer bag until ready to enjoy.
