Camomile & Mango Lemonade

2 camomile teabags
1 litre boiling water
200g frozen mango
2 lemons juiced
Handful fresh mint leaves
Ice (for older children and adult glasses)
1 strawberry sliced per glass
Sparkling water (optional)

INGREDIENTS
- 2 camomile teabags
- 1 litre boiling water
- 200g frozen mango
- 2 lemons juiced
- Handful fresh mint leaves
- Ice (for older children and adult glasses)
- 1 strawberry sliced per glass
- Sparkling water (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Add the camomile teabags and boiling water to a large jar. Leave to steep for at least 20 minutes, then remove the teabags and pour into a blender along with the frozen mango and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Add the mint leaves to a large jar, then pour in the blended camomile and mango mixture. Leave to infuse with the mint for an hour or until ready to serve.
- To serve, add ice to adult and older children’s glasses, decorate with sliced strawberries, then 1/2 fill the glass with the camomile and mango and top with sparkling water.
