50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
30ml Nescafe Espresso Instant Coffee
10ml sugar syrup
10g cocoa powder
Ice

  • 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 30ml Nescafe Espresso Instant Coffee
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 15ml vanilla syrup
  • Ice

METHOD

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add Baileys, vanilla syrup, espresso, sugar syrup and cocoa powder.
  2. Shake for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
