Pierce top of film several times. Place pot onto microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated above. Leave to rest for 1 minute before removing from the microwave. Take care when removing the film lid as steam will escape. Stir before serving.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
