INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas
- 50g oats
- 1 egg
- Yogurt
Toppings of your choice:
- Berries
- Nut butter
- Nuts
- Seeds
METHOD
- Use a fork and mash the bananas in a shallow bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and then add a little oil. Add the oat mixture and cook until bubbling, flip over with a spatula and then break the oats up into smaller bite-sized pieces. Continue cooking until the oat-y bits are evenly golden.
- Serve in bowls with yogurt and your toppings of choice.
