50g oats
1 egg

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50g oats
  • 1 egg
  • Yogurt

Toppings of your choice:

  • Berries
  • Nut butter
  • Nuts
  • Seeds

METHOD

  1. Use a fork and mash the bananas in a shallow bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and then add a little oil. Add the oat mixture and cook until bubbling, flip over with a spatula and then break the oats up into smaller bite-sized pieces. Continue cooking until the oat-y bits are evenly golden.
  4. Serve in bowls with yogurt and your toppings of choice.
