INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka 70cl
  • 150ml ginger beer
  • 1 lime
  • Ice
  • Sprig of mint

METHOD

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice.
  2. Add 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka and top with 150ml ginger beer.
  3. Squeeze the juice of two lime wedges and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
