- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 50ml Whiskey.
- Add 20ml fresh lemon juice.
- Add a wedge of Ginger.
- Add 20ml Italian Liqueur.
- Add 1 egg white.
- Shake, then strain over ice.
- Garnish with ginger.
