Refrigerate 0-4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by date'. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances. Remove all packaging. Break away from your usual bolognese with a tasty salsiccia ragu. Simply tear some of the sausage meat into little chunks fry off till golden with diced onion and red peppers. Now stir in some good tomato passata and simmer for 15mins. Great with pasta or griddled sourdough. Always ensure that sausage meat is cooked through to >75°C before serving
