Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for 1 hour before baking. Remove all outer packaging. Retain in tray.
200°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 10-12 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Remove the white wrapper from the Camembert cheese and place the Camembert in the centre of the bread ring. Using a sharp knife, cut a 5cm cross into the surface of the cheese. Place the tray containing the bread and the cheese on a baking tray in the middle shelf of the oven and bake for time indicated. Post-bake, carefully peel back the rind on the surface of the Camembert cheese.
Do not reheat once cooked.
