Cooking Guidelines
Boil - From Chilled - Remove joint from the bag and place in cold water. Bring to the boil reduce and cover, simmering gently for 45 minutes per kg plus 20 minutes at the end. Remove from water and stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Cooking Instructions - General - All appliances vary, there are guidelines only. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove joint from the bag, place on a roasting dish in a preheated oven 180°C for 55mins/kg plus an extra 25 minutes. Remove from oven and stand for 10 minutes before serving.
