Remove card sleeve and film before cooking. 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 40 mins Preheat oven. Place the chicken in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 5 minutes and then increase the oven temperature to 220°C/ Fan 200°C/ Gas 7 and cook for a further 5 minutes until the skin is lovely and crispy. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast and thigh, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to c0ok and repeat check.
