If freezing, slice and freeze on the day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions - General - Preparation: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.
Deep Fry - From Chilled - Fry in a hot cooking oil 180°C, for 4-6 mins.
Grill - From Chilled - Cook under a preheated grill on a medium heat for 15-18 minutes turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Fry over a medium heat for in a little oil for 12-14 minutes turning occasionally.
