Freezing: suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled - Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 2 minutes.
Add the rashers to the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the contents of the basket occassionally.
Cooking Instructions - General - Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
Grill - From Chilled - Preheat grill to medium temperature.
Grill rashers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Fry rashers over a medium temperature for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently.
