Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot - and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Grill - From Chilled - Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally
Drain well before serving.
Air Fry - From Chilled - Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Add medallions to the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally (based on a 1400w airfryer - please refer to manufacturers guidelines for your airfryer.)
