Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled - Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Add medallions to the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally (based on a 1400W airfryer - please refer to manufacturers guidelines for your airfryer.)
Cooking Instructions - General - Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Grill - From Chilled - Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
