At Martell, we do not recommend warming Cognac as it brings out the alcohol too strongly and releases the aromas too quickly. A tulip glass, rather than a balloon glass, is also recommended since it assures a much better appreciation of the entire aromatic range of the Cognac

Ingredients
60ml Martell VS Cognac
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Maple Syrup
2 Muddled Peaches
Soda Water
How to Mix:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except for the soda water. Muddle, and shake with ice to chill the drink. Fine strain the drink into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and enjoy.
