Regional Information - The vineyard of Domaine de la Bastide covers 55 ha around the Château de la Bastide in the foothills of the Cevennes.
Vinification Details - A blend of Grenache, which contributes volume and character, and Cinsault which confers elegance and a rich aromatic palette. Harvested in the cool of thenight, the grapes are immediately pressed, protected from exposure to oxygen. These precautions are indispensable to preserve the aromatic potential of the wine and control the intensity of its color.Vinified in stainless steel vats, with strictly controlled fermentation temperatures and length of maceration.
