The magnificent park situated in front of the chateau is classed as being of special historic interest. Created in 1897, the design cleverly follows the lie of the land and contains many rare trees and a luxuriant vegetation.
There are also huge wine cellars, in the architectural style typical of the Bitterois between 1860 and the First World War.
Producer - VIGNOBLES BONFILS
Regional Information - Luch is a 88 hectares estate located near the Oppidum of Ensérune, and bordered by the Canal du Midi.
Vinification Details - The grapes are harvested at night in perfect sanitary condition at optimum maturity. The wine is made in the traditional manner in stainless steel tanks, maceration for two weeks and regular cap punching.
