Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen - Oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 20 minutes into cooking time, remove film lid, stir, return to oven for a further 15-20 minutes.
Microwave - From Frozen - Microwave Cat E 800W. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Cook for 6 minutes. Stir, replace film lid, cook for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
