Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving.
Grill - From Chilled - Place sausages on a rack in pre-heated grill and cook on medium heat for about 15-18 minutes and turn occasionally.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/ Gas Mark 6. Place sausages on roasting tin and cook for 20-25 minutes, turn once.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Heat a small amount of oil on the frying pan and cook on medium heat for 15-18 minutes and turn occasionally.
