Grill - From Chilled - Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Add a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat to 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
