Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove all packaging. These are guidelines only. Check product is thoroughly cooked and that the juices run clear before serving.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Preheat the oven to 190°C (Fan) 170°C (Gas Mark 5). Cook in the oven for approx. 25-30 minutes in the centre of the oven. Turn over once during cooking.
Air Fry - From Chilled - Pre heat airfryer to 210°C.
Place steaks into the airfryer basket with a little spray of oil. Cook for approx. 10-12 minutes.
