Grill - From Chilled - Cook under a preheated medium grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Drain well before serving.
