Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always Check the Product is Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving. Do Not Reheat Once Cooked.
Hob - From Ambient - 2-3 mins.
Place peas in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown.
Stir and serve.
Microwave - From Ambient - 650W 5 1/2 mins., 750W 5 mins., 850W 4 1/2 mins.
Place 160g of peas into a microwaveable container and add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for times indicated. Stirring half way through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir, drain and serve.
