Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 2hrs. 30mins.
Preheat oven. Pan fry the meat in a hot pan for 2 minutes to seal in the flavour and juices.
Transfer the meat to a casserole dish, add some root vegetables and enough stock to cover the meat. Cover with a lid, place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated or until meat is tender and can be broken up with a fork or spoon, stirring occasionally.
Do not reheat.
