Preparation and Usage
Preparation Instructions
1. Remove the dough from the fridge 15 minutes prior to use and preheat the oven to 230°C (fan oven) or 250°C (convection oven), with the baking tray inside.
2. Put some semolina or wheat flour on the dough and work surface.
Stretch it by hand, taking the dough by the edges and turning it to gradually increase its diameter to the desired size.
3. Place the dough on a baking tray.
Top with tomato sauce and other ingredients as desired.
4. Slide the topped pizza onto the hot tray in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the dough is sufficiently coloured.
Baking time may be increased depending on the toppings, oven and thickness of the pizza.
