Usage information:
Evenly distribute 2 - 3 Zip® firelighters amongst your briquettes. When cooking larger quantities of food, add more briquettes as required.
Light the firelighters.
Always keep the barbecue uncovered until ready to cook.
Allow 20-30 minutes for the briquettes to ash and glow before cooking. Try spreading them out evenly in a single layer if you want a gentler cooking result.
