Tasting Notes - Roe & Co starts on the nose in intricate layers, first vanilla and cream from our grain and underlying caramel and sticky toffee. Promises of good things to come. Then the flavour explodes into life; keen spice, ripe pear, cacao nib and unctuous vanilla all revel. The finish does not disappoint either: gentle heat, a spike of caramel and a lingering cadence of soft, orchard fruits all indicative of our malt backbone.
