Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare 4-7 mins.
Medium 7-9 mins.
Well done 9-11 mins.
Preheat a pan over High heat. Sear steak on both sides, reduce the heat to Medium and cook for the times indicated, turning occasionally.
Grill - From Chilled - Rare 5-8 mins.
Medium 8-10 mins.
Well done 10-13 mins.
Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place steak under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
