Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place medallions under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Stir Fry - From Chilled - Rare 3-4 mins
Medium 4-5 mins
Well done 5-6 mins.
Preheat a pan over a high heat. Sear medallions on both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
