If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place steaks under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare 4-7 mins.
Medium 7-9 mins.
Well done 9-11 mins.
Preheat a pan over a high heat. Sear steaks on both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
